Law Office of Lawrence F. DiGiovanna:     Admitted to the New York State Bar in February, 1977. Also admitted to practice in Federal Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Practice concentrates heavily on cooperative and condominium law including submissions to the Real Estate Financing Bureau of the Department of Law of the New York State Attorney General on behalf of real estate developers and converters. Currently represents approximately 30 cooperative apartment corporations and condominium associations as General Counsel and Transfer Agent. Practice also includes general real estate transfers and litigation related to real estate and cooperative and condominium law issues.

Frequent lecturer on the topic of cooperative and condominium law to bar associations, realtor groups and the general public, including Bay Ridge Community Council; Brooklyn Board of Realtors, Continuing Education program; Bay Ridge Real Estate Board; Flatbush Real Estate Board; Bay Ridge Lawyers Association; Brooklyn Bar Association; and Attorney General Dennis Vacco's Purchaser's Guide to Coop and Condos (1998).

Chairman, State of New York Grievance Committee for the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts:
Appointed February, 1998 by the Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department to serve as a member of the Grievance Committee with jurisdiction over complaints against members of the Bar in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. Appointed Chairman, November, 2002. Term expired October 30, 2006.

New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation:
Member, Board of Directors, September, 1996 to Present. Chair, Audit Committee, 1998 to present. Term expires December 31, 2011. Appointed by Governor Pataki with State Senate confirmation. EFC is a public authority which lends to New York State municipalities for construction and rehabilitation of their water and sewer facilities. It presently has approximately $12 Billion in assets and loans to municipalities.
