LICENSES New York State Attorney at Law PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Law Office of Lawrence F. DiGiovanna: Admitted to the New York State Bar in February, 1977. Also admitted to practice in Federal Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. Practice concentrates heavily on cooperative and condominium law including submissions to the Real Estate Financing Bureau of the Department of Law of the New York State Attorney General on behalf of real estate developers and converters. Currently represents approximately 30 cooperative apartment corporations and condominium associations as General Counsel and Transfer Agent. Practice also includes general real estate transfers and litigation related to real estate and cooperative and condominium law issues.
